For years to come, the world will depend on oil and gas. For now, there is enough to meet demands - but the current oil fields are in decline and we are now looking at new areas that are difficult to reach to replace the existing fields. Therefore, it is necessary for new technologies to be deployed to help explore and produce these oil and gas supplies.

The IRO, the association of Dutch suppliers in the oil and gas industry, wants to stimulate these innovations and therefore organizes an Innovation Seminar. At this seminar, IRO will present an Innovation Award to the best new technological invention for the oil and gas industry.

We are proud to inform you that Spirit IT is one of the final four candidates that are selected to win this award. At the seminar, Mr. Harry Kok, CEO of Spirit IT, will present the Flow-X flow computer; a brand new state of the art flow computer, specially designed for the measurement of oil and gas quantities.

IRO’s Innovation Seminar will be held on the 15^th of October. The programme starts at 1.30 pm and will take place at the Delft Technical University (TU Delft).
