While for some system integrators or end-users it is sufficient to just familiarize with our products and software in a training course, others may require further assistance. We are able to fit your needs.

Our Technical Support team is available for systems that are up-and running in the field, and varies from assistance over the phone through on-site assistance, mostly handled by our integrating partners or with our direct help. We know that keeping your metering station up and running is a vital task!

Spirit IT is an independent company and supplies the eXLerate SCADA/HMI software platform and Flow-X flow computers to the international oil & gas market, usually through system integrators. In addition, we offer adequate appertaining support services directly to end-users when needed.
We have supported our products in the past and present and are committed to continuously support our products in the future with product improvements as well as with engineering related services with our dedicated team of software engineers and metering specialists.

It is our core competence to provide our system integrating partners with typical and complete turn-key automation solutions, in which we integrate eXLerate based software with our Flow-X series of flow computers and other third-party products.
When required, we can further help you with product services including overall design, detail design, application engineering, in-house testing, Factory Acceptance Test, on-site support, training and after care.
Once the complete solution for your business model has been successfully implemented in such a 'typical' application, other applications are based on this typical implemented solution, in which reusability plays an important and cost effective role.
