Our modern Product Data Management system tracks and traces production and manages product history. Real-time tracking technology controls the production process and facilitates achieving zero-defect production and set-up.

Product Data Management
An advanced Product Data Management system is used to handle product information during the entire product lifecycle. An important aspect of this system is the ability to track the history and evolution of digital documents and the Bill Of Material belonging to different versions of the Flow-X series products utilizing Product History Management facilities.
An integral part of of this system is a Tracking & Tracing system for real-time production monitoring, material management, traceability down to the component level, as well as stock management, component purchase and logistics activities.
Tracking and Tracing
In our modern ESD safe (JEDEC-STD-001 approved) production facility there are full technological capabilities available to manufacture our Flow-X products. All Flow-X products are produced in-line in a production flow and therefore there are fast quality-feedback-loops available to improve the production processes. Real-time Tracking of these processes controls the production process and facilitates achieving zero-defect production and set-up.

Furthermore, Component Traceability gives us the ability to instantly retrieve and analyse information for any Flow-X product or component that flows through the production process. This detailed traceability allows tracking details for every mounted component. Such details contain the part number, serial number, manufacturer, amount, date, etc.
In-Circuit Testing and Monitoring
The PCBs that go through the production are carefully monitored. Automated 2D-matrix code scanners are used in-line to record production times of every process step and to monitor the flow production.

By generating automated test reports with the In-Circuit Test we constantly track our production yield and product statistics. Also by monitoring our repair and service data we are able to respond quickly if the product statistics go out of boundary.
