Logo GIDFlow-X Series of flow computers

Spirit IT challenges the existing flow measurement technologies to set a new and high standard for a totally new concept of accurate measurement, computational power, design, versatility and ease-of-use.

Totally different from existing technologies in concept, accuracy, flexibility, versatile usage, and software!

It's finally here: Level A pulse integrity check and appertaining corrections for dual pulse meter inputs according to the ISO 6551 standard.

The Flow-X series of flow computer products offer a new and sophisticated concept in which the most advanced measurement technology and fast digital signal processing are combined with state-of-the-art processor power, versatile data communications and high capacity data storage, resulting in the ideal measurement platform for even the most demanding application. Its unique design caters for an impressive MTBF and high reliability.

The dimensions of a single Flow-X/M module are 164mm x 50mm x 113mm (h x w x d), and of the Flow-X/P panel mounted flow computer in vertical position as in the picture above are 213 mm x 137 mm x 290 mm (h x w x d). When the Flow-X/P is used horizontally, the dimensions are: 137 mm x 213 mm x 290 mm (h x w x d).

Based on a single stream modular concept, each Flow-X/M module contains an impressive number of inputs and outputs in an extremely compact design. A single Flow-X/M module contains an impressive six (6) accurate (0.008%) analog inputs, of which four (4) have a HART interface, each able to address multiple transmitters. Moreover, add sixteen configurable digital inputs/outputs, and several communication interfaces. Yet, with such stunning features, the size of a Flow-X/M stream module is a modest 5cm x 17cm x 12cm.

Various enclosures for different applications

Our flow computer solutions are all based on the Flow-X/M stream modules. A Flow-X/M stream module is a complete single stream flow computer, which can be installed in one of three possible configurations:
