eXLerate offers a rich set of tools for the implementation of your Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions.

In addition, many more functions, which are unique to eXLerate, contribute to the rich environment for both end-users and developers.

Rich SCADA/HMI library

  • A rich environment for real-time data communications with versatile drivers is available, including most Modbus implementations and protocol variations.

  • An embedded protocol analyzer is available as well, with which all messages to and from the devices can be scrutinized in detail in a data scope window.

  • An OPC Client and a full-featured embedded OPC Server are available for versatile communications and comply with industry standards.

  • Data visualization and presentation can be realized using smart object animation with a rich library of objects.

  • Alarm management is implemented with our relational database model. An Alarm Summary object, as well as an Alarm/Event History is available which can be highly customized by the application engineer.

  • The software is truly Multi-lingual: all Windows' code-page supported languages are also available and integrated into our software, with screens and reports being able to switch languages in run-time, and, additionally including all product related words and terms AND even syntax.

  • Our Excel based report generator with user defined report templates, asynchronous report generation, reprinting, printer redirection, printer status monitoring, report data password protection, and automatic web publishing of reports is standard in our software.

  • A set of tools is available to implement our rich and customized real-time and historical trending functionality.

  • eXLerate includes web support for remote connections, which can be used for operator screens, generated reports, and other data including charts and trend graphs.

  • The automatically generated web-pages can contain, in real-time, updated reports and operator displays.

  • A user-defined web navigation menu is offered for menu navigation independently from the Windows application.

  • A standard, familiar scripting language is available with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for user defined dialogs, time based functions, events, user procedures, event triggering, and application fine-tuning.

  • Integrated support is available for MySQL based relational databases to store user defined results. Support includes redundancy, with user-defined tables and databases.
