Instead of using one or more ticket-printers in a system, our newly implemented functionality in eXLerate is a much better and fully NMi/MID approved replacement for such printers.

Viewing and Printing Utility

The supplied Viewer supports zooming, fonts selection and smart ticket browsing. In addition to this viewing functionality, data contents in reports as retrieved from a serial printer output, can be recognized and stored in a familiar spreadsheet format.

This enables reformatting of the usually simple ASCII reports into a graphically oriented spreadsheet based report layout, containing company logos, special fonts, etc.

Any number and any type of report can be printed to file up to the capacity of the PC hard drive. For most applications, this would be years of hourly, daily, proving, alarm and event reports all archived in a meaningful file naming structure and available for immediate printing or retrieval.

Almost any number of flow computers can be connected to the same Flow-Xprint computer. Flow computers can share or be multi-dropped to a single PC running Report Manager exactly like your existing serial printer.  Any brand of flow computer can be connected using its ASCII Printer port.

Sarbanes Oxley - truth in reporting. For oil & Gas Custody Transfer metering, this requires the confirmation of the quantity of fluid transferred between parties.

For many sites, the Ticket Printer is the only source for the Custody Transfer Report that forms the basis of audit trail and compliance reporting. Many of these mature sites are equipped with a serial or dot matrix type printer.
